On my new journey of healing from Depression & Anxiety and being a recovering perfectionist, I have quickly learned the importance of romanticizing life again.
Reshaping my Mindset, discovering the power of good habits and being gentle and consistent with the life I’m discovering on the daily – creating my own version of a healthy, more mindful Lifestyle.
It’s a messy journey for sure, juggling feelings, discovering the jungle of therapy and trying to see the light through the veil of a mental illness – but it’s also a hopeful one.
I learned to embrace the good and the bad days, the struggles of adulthood we’re all too familiar with, finding a fullfilling career and I’m here to share this journey with you.
